The Certified Installation Consultant is our face of the company as we help customers brighten their home with Solatube daylighting systems.  Our Consultants are responsible for working with customers to determine the right product and location to meet their needs and then complete a quality and safe installation.  Our Consultants are a critical component of our ability to provide our customers with an outstanding customer experience.  
 
Job duties include:

• Driving to residential location throughout metro area
• Conducting initial consultation with customer and finalizing purchase selection
• Installing Solatube skylight and accessories in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
• Final review and completing the transaction with the customer

• Maintaining effective and timely communication with the office regarding schedule and the completion of appointments
• Maintaining a professional image and representing the company well

• Experience in construction-related work and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
• Comfort working on roofs and elevations, both indoor and outdoor
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive throughout metro area
• Dependable, personable, and attention to detail
